Sick Legal was founded in 2017 by Andy Sick. Our law firm represents clients in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and works with companies throughout the United States and internationally. We advise a wide array of businesses, start-ups, family offices, non-profits, entrepreneurs, and individuals. We offer expertise in business law and advising, contracts, family offices, nonprofits, commercial transactions, and escrow services. Our firm also provides legal concierge and subscription services which allows for a proactive approach to legal representation based on our strong ongoing relationships with our clients.

Throughout the COVID-19 epidemic, Sick Legal has provided substantial guidance and assistance to businesses in the personal protective equipment (PPE) industry, most notably with commercial transactions including escrow and intermediary services. We also counsel companies, organizations and governments on nascent legal fields of legalized cannabis business and decriminalized entheogenic plants. Our firm’s robust litigation practice includes business matters, personal injury claims, plaintiff’s cases, as well as consumer protection disputes such as mortgage lender fraud.
